Christy became the owner of Broadway North in August of 2013! Dancing since the age of 3, Christy’s dreams of becoming a studio owner became a reality. Christy is a graduate of the University of NH, class of 2005 with a Business Degree. She is trained in tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, country line-dancing, ZUMBA, and fitness. Christy was a member of the UNH Dance Team as well as the Manchester Wolves Dance Team. She represented New Hampshire at the Miss USA Pageant in Las Vegas in April of 2009. Christy has traveled with her students to numerous Regional and National Competitions, master classes and special events such as the Orange Bowl in Miami Florida and just recently performing in the Walt Disney World Parade and Epcot Stage.

Dancing since the age of 2 under the instruction of Elaine Quinn, Heidi founded the Broadway North School of performing Arts in 1993, and was the owner and operator until 2013. Now teaching Tap, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Adult Tap,Tap-fit, Rebound Air and Barre. Heidi was Miss NH 1998 and the over-all talent winner in 1997 and 1998. She has remained involved with the scholarship program over the last 20 years and is now co-choreographer for the annual show each April. Her dance students have won numerous awards and competitions, Miss NH preliminaries and the Miss NH title, danced in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and traveled to National competitions in New England and Virginia Beach.
Ashley has been dancing since the age of two. She has been trained in tap, jazz, ballet, contemporary and hip-hop. She has also been apart of the Boston Tap Company, New England Tap Ensemble and Speaking In Taps company where she has auditioned for shows such as “America’s Got Talent” and “So You Think You Can Dance.” She has taken master classes with world-renowned dance choreographers and was able to dance at the Orange Bowl halftime show in Miami, Florida. She recently became apart of the Miss New Hampshire Scholarship Program where she has won many local talent awards along with Non-Finalist Talent Winner at Miss New Hampshire this past April 2017.
Catarina Coyman’s love for dance started at the age of 3. She participated in many classes including tap, jazz, contemporary, ballet, modern, lyrical, musical theater and hip-hop. She started competitive dance at the age of 12 winning multiple titles and overall high scores. Catarina work one year for Onstage America at dance competitions all over the east coast and has been teaching at Teaching dance at Broadway North for 6 years. She enjoys sharing her passion for dance with all of her students and looks forward to seeing how much they improve each year.

Currently a student at New Hampshire Institute of Art in Manchester NH, Megan studies Illustration. Megan began teaching Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, and Acro at Broadway North in the summer of 2016. She studies and teaches dance at Dance Visions Network in Goffstown NH.
Kristen Mazur Russell has been building young dancers for over thirty years, instilling in her students a love of dance, balanced with proper technique. Her early dance training was guided by Miss Janet Lagasse Gilday and Mr. Wayne Stuarte. She received her formal training at the Boston Ballet School, including their highly competitive summer programs, where she studied with Bruce Marks, Bruce Wells, Anna-Marie Holmes, Laura Young, Sydney Leonard, Clyde Nantais, Kristen Beckwith, Jimmy Capp, Arthur Leeth and Sydelle Gomberg. She was fortunate enough to have trained and performed extensively with the incredibly talented Donna Miceli. Kristen was a valued member of her DMDC faculty for over twenty years, where as a senior faculty member, she was responsible for new teacher training. Additionally, she studied with Boston dance masters: the exquisite Miss Roseanne Ridings at Jeannette Neill’s studio, as well as Boston MJB dance legend, Adrienne Hawkins, and was lucky enough to have performed with her Impulse Dance Company, and also with the innovative Miss Nailah Randall-Bellinger.
Kristen has enjoyed choreographing and directing numerous high school musicals and musical theatre company performances including: "The Sound of Music", "Annie Get Your Gun", "Once Upon a Mattress", "How to Succeed at Business Without Really Trying", "Mame", "Oliver", "Bye Bye Birdie", "Annie Jr.", and "Marry Poppins Jr.". Her versatility in performance production has extended to lighting Phunk Phenomenon’s and the Boston Celtic's official junior dance team, Lil Phunk's 2018 TEDX performances at the Boston Opera House.
She has cross-trained local gymnasts, skaters and martial artists, and has shared her love of dance through daycare and preschool programs. She is proud that many of her students have become professional dancers, teachers and studio owners, themselves. She operated her own studio and has taught at dance schools throughout New England. Kristen is a member of National Dance Educators’ Organization and Americans for the Arts. She manages a chapter for NDEO's National Honor Society for Dance Arts and mentors aspiring performance artists. She has a background in early childhood education and believes that the teaching process in the classroom is equally as important as the finished product we enjoy on the stage. Kristen teaches Ballet, Pointe, Ballet Barre Fitness, Stetch & Strength, Parent & Child Fitness & Movement, Modern, Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, Tap and Musical Theater. Miss Kristen is excited to join the amazing Broadway North as a guest artist and ballet technique instructor.
